Concept Development Technologist Kent £40k Are you passionate about creating great food and bringing new ideas to life? This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves innovation, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to play a key part in developing products for major UK retailers. As a Concept Development Technologist, you'll support the full journey of new food products from early ideas through to launch. You'll work closely with Product Managers, NPD teams and cross‑functional colleagues to ensure concepts are commercially viable, consumer‑focused and aligned with manufacturing capabilities. What you'll be doing Driving NPD projects supporting multiple product developments through internal processes and key milestones. Managing product data ensuring accurate information is captured, updated and shared across systems and documents. Preparing submissions and presentations contributing to customer‑facing materials with clarity and professionalism. Supporting tastings and benchmarking organising sessions, capturing insights and building category knowledge.
