Location: Birmingham – stones through away from the Jewellery Quarter
Salary: £27,000
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday – Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 9am–6pm
Week 2: Tuesday – Friday 11am–8pm

What You’ll Be Doing
* Be the friendly face residents rely on. Welcoming, listening, and solving with a smile
* Create a sense of belonging by supporting resident events and local partnerships
* Keep operations running smoothly by working closely with on site and central teams
* Handle service requests and communications with professionalism and flair
* Assist with inspections, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure a seamless experience
* Champion Health & Safety across the development
What You’ll Bring
* A natural flair for customer service and community engagement
* Experience in hospitality, property, travel/tourism or similar
* Confident, warm, and a great communicator
* Organised, reliable, and always one step ahead
* A team player with a proactive mindset and positive energy
* Bonus points for experience with resident events or Health & Safety awareness
