Summary
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, or native-level fluency. who are based in Southampton to join our dynamic team at Go Green .
In this role, you will be instrumental in booking survey appointments for our surveying team, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch home improvement services.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule survey appointments.
* Utilise CRM software to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
* Collaborate with the surveying team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
* Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment booking targets.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales.
* Strong communication skills in English
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
