Responsibilities : Assisting with managing the classroom. Support students with their work and following class rules. Support the teacher Assist with lesson planning Assist students with understanding and competing task set by the teacher Requirements : GCSE grade C or above in English & Maths Experience working within primary schools Have behaviour management skills Strong communication skills Have a good understanding of observational skills so you can help and support the teacher in monitoring students behaviour, Needs and wellbeing.
