R G Carter is looking for a Business Administrator to provide administration support within our Ipswich office. This is a full-time onsite office position.
The ideal candidate is to have a strong work ethic with a positive “can do” attitude and good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team and independently once fully trained.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealing with email enquiries in a prompt & efficient manner
2. Answer incoming calls
3. Electronic filing and scanning
4. Raising purchase orders
5. Admin support for our on-site teams
6. Collating and organising documents
7. Drawing management
8. Meeting & greeting visitors
Key Skills & Knowledge
9. Good communication skills
10. Reasonable computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
11. Ability to manage large volume of emails.
12. Attention to detail
13. Good organisation skills
14. Know how to prioritise workload
15. Full training will be given
16. You will work toward completion of a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship the duration of this is one and half years. Your continued employment will be dependant upon successful and timely completion of the apprenticeship.
