This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of client relationships and become a trusted partner, supporting service delivery while identifying opportunities to add value. You’ll work closely with clients across multiple sectors, ensuring high standards of service and helping to strengthen long-term partnerships. Responsibilities of an Internal Sales Executive:
* Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, including multi-site clients
* Acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor
* Overseeing service delivery from job creation through to completion and financial close
* Identifying opportunities to introduce additional or enhanced services
* Producing clear, high-quality technical and commercial reports
* Supporting account growth alongside the Business Development team
* Coordinating smaller projects, pricing, and quotations
* Handling client queries and issues professionally and proactively
* Visiting client sites across the UK to build strong working relationships
* Supporting emergency response activity when required
Requirements of an Internal Sales Executive:
* Full UK Driver's Licence
* Passionate about delivering excellent service
* Commercially aware with strong relationship-building skills
* Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Eager to learn, develop, and grow their career
* Ideally experienced in environmental, drainage, utilities, facilities management, or a related service-based industry
