Pegasus Group welcomes applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We invite you to join our dynamic Urban Design team in our Birmingham office, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. What we're looking for
We are looking for candidates to hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject.
Required Skills & Experience
* a logical and analytical approach
* great problem-solving and communication skills
* ability to use your own initiative and think outside the box
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential as you will be learning your new role on the job and with the support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Role Overview
As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will be working closely with the Design team in the delivery of wide-ranging design consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You will have the opportunity to support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies on various schemes for developers and private clients. You will gain valuable experience and exposure across a range of sectors and a variety of clients to support your development.
