The Community Resource team (CRT) are part of Cardiff Councils Independent Living Services (ILS) work in partnership with vulnerable adults to support them to live independently at home and connected to their communities.
CRT is a joint service provided by Cardiff Council and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board that aims to support adults, through therapy and/ or home care, to recover or maintain their ability to live independently at home. The service aims to encourage and support people to learn or re-learn skills necessary for daily living, following a period of illness or after a stay in hospital. The reablement support provided by the CRT will help our citizens discover what they are capable of and give them the confidence to do things independently.
