About the Role
As the Payroll Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Working within a friendly and experienced payroll team, you will support the full payroll cycle and help maintain exceptional service standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing weekly and monthly payrolls
* Calculating statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP
* Managing timesheets, holiday records and deductions
* Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and internal procedures
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience within a payroll role
* Strong numerical and data-entry skills with great attention to detail
* Confident using payroll software and MS Office
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
