Typical responsibilities for our Corporate Business Managers: Speaking and building relationships with Clients (small business owners) we have had contact with at some stage with the ultimate objective of closing the deal and securing the instruction to sell their business Contract and fee negotiation Giving advice and guidance on the business sale process in a discrete and empathetic way Keeping Clients informed of any relevant completions in their sector Liaising (by phone) with a team of Commercial Directors across the UK Working from our comprehensive inhouse CRM system Providing a caring, thoughtful and thorough service to Clients, working with pace, professionalism to provide a first-class customer experience What we are looking for: Energy, persistence, resilience and perseverance Accountability and ownership Ambitious mindset with the desire to succeed Confident, friendly and not afraid of hard work Committed to providing a First Class Client experience Experience / Skills Required: Prior Sales experience (B2B or B2C) Able to build and develop excellent relationships with Clients You will be a be a strong closer – knowing how to spot ‘buying signs’ Proven track record of exceeding targets and enjoy working within a pressurised sales driven environment Self-motivated, professional and a team player Last (but by no means least) you will have bags of energy, and enthusiastic approach and the desire to be the best!
