Role summary:
The Sales Support and Projects Coordinator will be responsible for project registrations, corporate deals, and special pricing for LES and third parties. Track projects via a CRM database, feed project intelligence to the sales force, and communicate with relevant departments. Manage Trade Plus discounts and administer third-party claims.
Skills/Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for team queries.
* Maintain system accuracy and integrity.
* Process and verify third-party claims.
* Identify opportunities for departmental improvement and support sales teams.
* Build strong internal and external relationships (Branches, Corporate, VARs, Wholesalers).
* Meet and exceed KPIs and WIGs aligned with company goals.
* Manage project registrations and special pricing approvals.
* Facilitate project collaboration between third parties and MEUK.
* Track tendering parties and update the sales force accordingly.
* Administer discount schemes from application to review.
* Provide first-line support for internal system queries.
* Uphold the reputation of the Sales & Projects Tracking Department.
* Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
* Stay current with training and development.
* Comply with all relevant company policies.
Experience Required:
* Customer service experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
* Self-motivated, methodical, and resourceful.
* Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
* Adaptable to change and new processes.
* Effective team player and independent contributor.
* Familiarity with compliance, ethics, competition law, and import/export regulations.
* Experience in managing sensitive data and maintaining impartiality.
