Hourly Rate: £19.00 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)

Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the Northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.
They are now recruiting for a Plasterer to join their responsive maintenance works team across Liverpool.
Your Duties will include:
* Carry out Plastering- trade maintenance
* Complete all aspects of Plastering work internally and externally to both void and tenanted properties in the Liverpool area
* Working on ceilings as well as walls
Requirements:
* NVQ L2 / City & Guilds in Plastering (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
* Have substantial experience in plastering, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* CSCS card desirable
* Obtain good customer care skills
