Sales NegotiatorLocation: Nantwich, CheshireBasic Salary: £25K (Negotiable)OTE: £30 - 35K+A highly successful and award-winning independent estate agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their thriving Nantwich branch.This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the strongest-performing teams in the region, known for their high-quality property presentation, excellent local reputation, and consistently delivering results for buyers and vendors.The RoleYou will play a key part in managing properties from launch through to sale, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients.Key responsibilities include:
* Managing property launches, enquiries, and viewings
* Negotiating offers, qualifying buyers, and progressing sales
* Providing regular vendor feedback and pricing guidance where needed
* Keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction
* Using CRM systems to generate new opportunities and valuations
* Maximising referrals to lettings, legal, and financial services
* Supporting the team in achieving branch targets and delivering excellent service
