The Role
* Managing a varied caseload: freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Delivering clear, proactive client communication throughout each transaction
* Supervising and mentoring junior/support staff
* Supporting marketing, networking and business development activities
* Providing cover for colleagues during absences
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk procedures
* Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of conveyancing law and market trends
About you
* Law degree, LPC, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer-or strong experience without formal qualifications
* Proven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independently
* Confident using case management systems and digital workflows
* Strong written and verbal communication with a client‑care focus
* Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop professionallyCollaborative and supportive team player
