The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of their product, working closely with development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The Product Owner will be responsible for translating the product vision into actionable plans and ensuring successful delivery. This includes facilitating Agile practices, managing backlogs and maintaining strong communication across teams to keep projects on track.
Responsibilities
* Define and communicate the product vision to development teams
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
* Maintain and prioritise product backlogs using MoSCoW and other techniques
* Write clear acceptance criteria and ensure stories are ready for development
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and internal stakeholders
* Use Azure DevOps and Microsoft tools for backlog management and prioritisation
Essential Experience
* Proven experience in Agile practices and backlog management
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently after onboarding
* Ideally Scrum or CSPO certified
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Microsoft-based environments
