Employment Solicitor (3–6 PQE) – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: London (Hybrid)
An international employment law team is seeking a 3–6 PQE Employment Solicitor for a 12-month maternity cover, with potential for extension or a permanent role. The team advises global businesses across EMEA, the US and APAC on multi-jurisdictional employment and labour law matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide commercial employment advice across multiple jurisdictions
* Support cross-border projects including TUPE, restructures and integrations
* Advise on global policies, compliance, reward and senior exits
* Act as a client-facing point of contact for international HR and legal teams
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified solicitor (3–6 PQE) with a strong employment law background
* Experience or interest in international or cross-border matters
* Strong communication, commercial awareness and organisational skills
* Additional language skills beneficial but not essential
