They are a fast-growing private hire broker and an exceptional opportunity has arisen where they are looking for a Branch Manager.
This role will only suit you if you are motivated, can demonstrate leadership skills & are hungry to succeed, if you’re looking to step up and make your mark and take a more senior role. This is a high performing and busy branch and you need to be able to hit the ground running. * Achieving and surpassing, sales and profit margin targets
* Providing complete Customer Satisfaction by promoting and develop the awareness of TCF.
* Ensuring the highest standard of branch presentation is maintained.
* Managing, motivating and developing staff to build a successful, effective team.
* Maintaining a high standard of performance, personal presentation and discipline within the branch.
* Ensuring branch personnel comply with all aspects of FCA regulations
Skills and Experience required:
* Proven people management skills and/or supervisory experience
* Comfortable working under pressure and to tight timescales
* Must have MOTOR insurance experience, ideally private hire but not a requirement .
Competitive basic salary up to and around £35k with OTE of £40k plus Pensions and other staff benefits.
