Our client, a reputable volume main dealership in Worthing, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their team. Benefits:
Up to £30,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
Circa £35,000 OTE potential

Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

Servicing vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines
Diagnosing faults and accurately identifying necessary repairs
Replacing faulty components and repairing mechanical systems
Conducting MOT Testing in line with legal requirements
Advising the Service Reception team on repair work and estimated costs
Producing accurate time estimates for repairs
Maintaining detailed repair and service records
Ensuring all work is carried out to manufacturers’ and industry standards
Testing repaired systems to confirm quality and safetyRequirements:
Valid driving licence
MOT licence is essential
Own comprehensive set of tools
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester in a dealership or similar environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
