Job Title: Contract Data Management Support - South West London Procurement Provider
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide confidential, comprehensive, efficient, effective, and timely contract data management support to the South West London Procurement Provider (SWLPP) team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day contracts data workstream and assist senior management with administrative requirements for high-level meetings and processes.
Current Focus of the SWLPP Team
1. Developing exciting integration and transformation collaborations across the partnership.
2. Supporting the implementation of transformation and improvement priorities within and across services, networks, and pathways.
3. Undertaking data quality and development initiatives to rectify and prevent issues affecting patient care.
Candidate Profile
We welcome applicants who have experience handling contracts and understand the role of procurement in the organization, or those with the skills to deliver meticulous work and learn quickly. Excellent MS Office skills are essential, and experience with contract management databases is preferred. This role offers opportunities to gain experience in various areas of work.
