Pulse has recently partnered with a leading healthcare provider. We are currently looking for an experienced Hospice Physiotherapy Team Lead who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Central London, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Hospice Physiotherapy Team Lead, you will work in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to create and maintain a robust service while seamlessly incorporating other centre services.
Your main responsibilities as a Hospice Therapy Team Lead:
* Manage the daily operations of our Hospice Therapy Team.
* Coordinate and oversee therapy services across the inpatient unit, day services, and community.
* Provide high-quality physiotherapy/OT services to a complex patient caseload with specialist palliative care needs, working within the Hospice Therapy team.
What we are looking for in a Hospice Therapy Team Lead:
* HCPC registration
* Experience in staff and service management
* Experience working across inpatient and rehab specialties such as oncology and respiratory care
