About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Screen Printer to join our production team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining a range of screen‑printing equipment to produce high‑quality printed parts that meet customer and company standards. This role operates on a rotating Early/Late shift pattern, and requires someone who can work safely, accurately and efficiently across all shifts. Key Responsibilities Printing & Production Produce high‑quality printed parts consistently, supporting the company's zero‑defects target. Operate Hand Printing, Semiautomatics Printing and Sakurai Cylinder Press machines. Record print speeds and production times accurately in the onsite computer system. Follow recognised procedures, work instructions and ISO9001 quality standards. Support other production areas when required to help meet daily targets. Quality & Documentation Complete all production documentation accurately and on time. Prepare screens, inks and materials according to job specifications. Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and skill development. Maintenance & Housekeeping Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance in line with maintenance plans. Operate all equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, organised and safe working environment. Follow all health and safety procedures at all times. Teamwork & Communication Work collaboratively with colleagues across shift handovers. Support a culture of continuous improvement driven by KPI performance. What We're Looking For Experience in Screen Printing (desirable but not essential). Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity. Flexible, willing to learn and adaptable to changing priorities. A strong team player with good communication skills. Understanding of accurate data collection and its importance.
