A Good CQC rated GP Surgery in Buckinghamshire (SL7 postcode) is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner on a permanent basis. The practice is open to either full-time or part-time hours. Day to day duties include Assess, Diagnose, Treat & Refer, Minor Illness, Treatment Plans, Home Visits, Telephone Triage, Face 2 Face Consultations and more. The practice is looking for someone who holds either A&E or Primary Care experience.

The practice utilises System One and holds a list size of around 28,000 patients. The team comprises of GP Partners, Salaried GPs, ANPs, Paramedics, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Nurse Prescribers, Practice Nurses, HCAs and more.
