Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator leads all back‑of‑house operations in a Tiffany store, partnering with store leadership on initiatives that support the team and drive sales goals.
Responsibilities
* Act as key holder and manager on duty when a manager is unavailable; open and close the store.
* Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
* Manage client service activities, capture customer data, and cultivate new and existing customers.
* Drive sales and support functions to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
* Deliver the Tiffany Touch in every client interaction, demonstrating client experience behaviors and responding to client and employee concerns.
* Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create memorable in-store experiences.
* Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and support company efficiency objectives.
* Assist management in coaching team members and coordinating work to improve performance when acting as manager on duty.
* Partner and communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients to respond to requests quickly and accurately.
Required Qualifications
* Must currently be based in and hold authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
* 2‑3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Organized and detail oriented.
* Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day‑to‑day business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
* A college/university degree.
* Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
