We are seeking a dedicated Food Technology Teacher with QTS to join our schools in and across Wirral. Responsibilities
* Delivering dynamic, hands-on lessons that connect theoretical knowledge with practical skills.
* Teaching a wide range of topics, from food science and hygiene to recipe development and nutritional awareness.
* Creating a safe and encouraging classroom environment where students can experiment and learn from their mistakes.
* Assessing student progress through practical assessments and written work, providing constructive feedback.
* Managing the food technology classroom, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and health and safety standards are met.

What We''re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A relevant degree or professional experience in food science, nutrition, or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Food Technology at the secondary school level.
* Excellent practical skills and knowledge of food preparation and safety.
* A passion for the subject and the ability to motivate and inspire young people.
