Job Role: Casino Operations Manager Hours per week: 40 Salary: £35,335 Shift pattern: Full flexibility for days, evening, nights and weekends. 5 x 8 hour shifts per week. If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times. We’re now looking for a Casino Operations Manager to help lead our brand new casino in Middlesbrough, driving performance, inspiring your team, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and customer service. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day casino operations, alongside the General Manager, with visible, hands-on leadership. Motivate, develop and empower your team to deliver exceptional service. Ensure full compliance with the Gambling Act 2005, Licensing Act 2003, LCCP, AML and SG policies. Maximise revenue by monitoring performance and managing gaming activity. Act as the key point of contact on site in the General Manager’s absence. Foster a positive, safe, and professional working environment. Promote responsible gambling standards and safeguard both customers and business. Support staff development from trainee level upwards. Take ownership of projects, meetings and other operational responsibilities as required. Who We’re Looking For Experienced industry professional - casino management preferred. An understanding of gaming procedures, AML, SG, and LCCP requirements. Confident problem-solver and decision-maker. Proven people manager used to fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills. Flexible, positive, and comfortable working varied shifts including nights.
