Graduate Project Manager – UK & Ireland.
As a Graduate Project Manager you will support senior team members across the full project lifecycle – from initial concept through to construction and operation – and act as the key interface between clients, design teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The role is dynamic and requires strong communication, relationship‑building, planning and time‑management skills.
* Regular liaison with all relevant parties
* Procurement support
* Liaison and assistance to Senior/Associate Project Managers
* Contact administration
* Data management
* Coordinating the project team
* Planning key tasks
* Reporting on progress and cost
* Site visits and meetings

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in Project Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
* A Master’s degree in project management or construction management plus relevant work experience is an advantage.
* RICS / CIOB accreditation preferred.
* Effective decision‑making and strong verbal and written communication.
* Proactive and driven approach to work and creating success.
* Ability to work in a diverse team to meet common objectives.
* Commitment to meeting client and manager‑set deadlines.
* Good organisation skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and willingness to ask for help when needed.
