About the Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Partner with a focus on Talent Acquisition to work closely with the Head of People. You will bring marketing expertise to attract high-quality talent and collaborate with managers to support our recruitment and onboarding strategies during a period of change. You will also play a key role in fostering a diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive organization through inclusive practices.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the marketing team to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
* Use our website and communication channels, including social media, to share information about the organization, highlighting work-life balance, events, and employee experiences.
* Partner with managers to develop recruitment strategies and oversee candidate care throughout the selection process.
* Review and edit job advertisements to emphasize culture and inclusion.
* Support new hires post-interview, ensuring smooth onboarding and access to resources.
* Lead onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
* Manage the UK visa sponsorship system for new recruits and monitor visa expiry dates.
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with external providers and finance teams.
* Optimize job listings to attract qualified candidates who align with the company culture.
* Lead hiring processes across the organization.
* Conduct job evaluations as needed, consulting external experts when appropriate.
Required Skills
Experience with ITrent and Higher Education is required.
