Job Description:
1. Deeply understand commercial and industry development trends, formulate B2B business category procurement strategies for Europe, and analyze market trends including customer demands, standards, supplier dynamics, sales channel trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
2. Innovatively define industry product forms and solutions, including but not limited to commercial products, central platform strategy products, industry-specific channels, and search/recommendation-driven shopping journeys, to drive vertical industry development.
3. Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines and resource coordination, co-create joint solutions, and drive the growth of the local supply ecosystem.
4. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industry and cross-border e-commerce, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and demand.
5. Familiarity with internet product traffic-driving systems, highly data-sensitive, and skilled in data-driven operations. Requires strong analytical and logical thinking skills to systematically solve problems.
6. Proven business acumen and pragmatic approaches to deliver results, with the ability to aggregate internal and ecosystem resources to achieve business goals.
7. Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) or overseas work experience is preferred.
