1. Managing your own ledger
2. Building strong customer relationships
3. Supporting the Credit Control team
4. Posting payments and cash allocations
5. Chasing outstanding debts via phone and email
6. Handling queries, resolving issues, and flagging financial risks
7. Supporting reporting processes and suggesting improvements
What you bring:
Experience in credit control and ledger management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, effective time management, and proficiency in Excel and Outlook. Being system-savvy is also essential.
