Are you an experienced financial planning administrator looking to take the next step in your career?
We're looking to speak with Financial Planning Administrators to join a growing team which will see you working closely with Independent Financial Advisers and their clients by delivering high levels of quality service through pre and post sales administration.
This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working (3 days in office 2 from home) offering a competitive salary and a fantastic range of benefits.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior IFA Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and first-class client service by:
1. Providing efficient administrative support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers.
2. Acting as a first point of contact for advisers, clients, providers, and internal teams.
3. Managing client data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
4. Preparing reports, letters, and correspondence in line with company guidelines.
5. Organising new business and review packs for adviser meetings.
6. Obtaining valuations and research on financial products such as protection, annuities, and mortgages.
7. Processing fund switches, payment requests, and surrenders, ensuring compliance.
8. Keeping on top of diary management to support advisers' daily workflows.
9. Mentoring and supporting junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
The ideal background and experience:
10. Experience in financial services administration, ideally supporting financial advisers.
11. A keen eye for detail, with strong organisational and planning skills.
12. Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
13. The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
14. A proactive, team-focused attitude, with great communication skills.
15. A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
