What will you do?
* Run the pass effectively for a section of your designated location
* Lead a section of the kitchen team to ensure safe working practices and cleanliness pre, during, and post events
* Support the kitchen team and chefs, implementing back‑of‑house standard operating procedures in line with company and government guidelines
* Support management of the equipment budget, sourcing materials, and tracking stock, while also supporting with logistical tasks
* Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
* No degree required
* Forklift license is beneficial
* Previous experience in a logistically challenging environment, ideally in a hotel or premium hospitality setting
* Experience supporting, guiding, and leading teams, particularly within a high‑volume, fast‑paced catering or hospitality environment
* Knowledge of manual handling, as well as skills in people management, training, task delegation, and written and verbal communication
