A top-tier national housebuilder is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team, managing residential developments across Surrey.
You’ll be responsible for cost planning, tendering, subcontractor management, valuations, and final accounts on high-quality traditional build sites ranging from 50 to 300+ units. This is a great opportunity for a QS with 2–5 years’ experience in housebuilding or main contracting looking to step up in a stable, fast-paced environment with clear routes to Senior QS and beyond.
📍 Location: Surrey (flexible base with site and office travel)
💰 Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + car allowance, bonus & benefits
