We're now looking for a strategic, creative, and technically fluent individual to support the orchestration and execution of AI-driven brand development projects. This role will work closely with the Global Director to operationalize multi-agent systems, evaluate brand frameworks, and ensure brand applications align with core personality traits and strategic intent.
You play a crucial role in delivering client projects from brand strategy and design development all the way through the brand governance and beyond. You will use your knowledge and experience to think about how we could do things differently, explore new and up and coming technologies that can be applied to achieve greater outcomes for client projects, and put them into practice.
Key Responsibilities
* AI Project Management
* Support the design and execution of multi-agent orchestration workflows for brand evaluation.
* Coordinate inputs across creative, strategic, legal, cultural, and audience simulation agents.
* Maintain documentation and version control of framework iterations.
* Brand Strategy Framework Evaluation
* Develop and manage data-driven scoring systems to assess brand essence, personality, and benefit alignment.
* Facilitate internal reviews of visual and verbal brand identity, packaging, design applications, messaging, and other creative outputs against brand traits.
* Create data dashboards and reports summarizing agent evaluations and recommendations.
* Tooling & Automation
* Collaborate with teams across the group to refine agent models and scoring and insights.
* Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
* Support integration of AI tools into existing brand development processes - from strategy to design, to brand governance and activation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Ensure brand strategy frameworks and models are tested and validated across the key global markets.
* Monitor cultural fit and regulatory compliance of brand expressions.
Skills & Competencies
* Experience in brand strategy, creative development, or marketing operations.
* Familiarity with AI and ML tools, orchestration platforms, or multi- agent systems.
* Strong analytical and communications skills.
* Comfortable working across disciplines- creative, strategic, legal, and technical.
* Detail oriented with a passion for integrity and innovation.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of brand strategy frameworks and personality modelling.
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure AI and Cognitive services.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Airtable).
* Ability to interpret and visualize data (e.g. dashboards, scorecards).
