Chef de Partie - Part-Time, 2 days per week Location: Forest Lodge Hotel, New Forest We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at the Forest Lodge Hotel. This is a part-time position for Mondays and Tuesdays, including early breakfast shifts with a 6:15am start. There will be increasing opportunities to work additional hours, covering conferences, events, and weddings.
