Accommodation Support Officer

We’re looking for committed Accommodation Support Officers to join our team and provide vital support to participants with their housing needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of adult males either residing in custody or living in the community.
* Carry out initial assessments to understand each individual’s circumstances.
* Develop tailored accommodation plans through a series of agreed interventions.
* Help participants navigate housing challenges, keep them informed of decisions that affect them, and support their understanding of their rights.
* Support participants and maintain contact to identify emerging risks and concerns.
* Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using the case management system.
Skills and Experience
* Knowledge of accommodation legislation (desirable).
* Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

* Competitive salary starting from £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
