* Showcase our fantastic products in true Sofology style.
* Always be offering that very important customer experience – no ifs, no buts.
* Understand the world of design and style so you can help our customers make the right sofa choice.
* Complete finance applications to check we’re offering the right payment products.
* Use your passion for interior design to ensure store standards are striking.
* Utilise your continued knowledge of products to support your teammates and share best practice.
* Hone your listening skills to have really relevant conversations.
* Help customers visualise what their new sofa will look like in their home through creative interactions.
* Recognise customer needs and recommend the right additional products.
* Share in‑depth knowledge on how they can keep loving their sofa for longer, giving detailed after‑care advice.
