Full-Time, Temporary Roles as required by schools (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm)
I am looking to register candidates who are looking to work within school administration on a temporary basis.
Due to the nature of the roles the ideal candidates would have experience of working within schools and know the school systems such as SIMS and ARBOR.
You will play an essential part in the smooth running of the school day—supporting staff, students, parents and senior leaders through accurate administration and a professional, welcoming approach.
Key responsibilities may include
* Managing front‑of‑house duties and acting as the first point of contact
* Maintaining school databases and handling confidential information
* Supporting attendance processes and monitoring student records
* Providing general administrative support to senior staff and departments
* Strong organisational and IT skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to supporting young people
