* Build and manage candidate pipelines
* Produce market intelligence and talent insights for clients
* Support executive search processes from research through to placement
* Develop a strong understanding of client needs and market trends
Requirements
* Strong academic background
* Clear ambition to build a long-term career in executive search recruitment
* Research-driven experience is advantageous
* Background in Renewable Energy or Finance is beneficial but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong research and analytical abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
