This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based at the H&M Rugby store.
Our leaders aim to develop our people and grow our business. As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the store's sales and profit, and work with your team to deliver a Customer First Experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers
* Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support development and training for succession planning
* Analyze and monitor Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
* Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met in accordance with H&M and local laws to ensure safety for all employees and customers
