Our client, a leading organisation seeking a dedicated Business Change Manager for an initial six-month engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead change initiatives that drive real organisational benefits, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across multiple teams.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans.
* Lead business engagement, ensuring all impacted groups understand and adopt changes effectively.
* Coordinate readiness activities, manage resistance, and support benefits realisation.
* Design and deliver training and communication materials, ensuring measurable uptake.
* Monitor post-implementation performance and facilitate smooth transition to BAU.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience delivering change in complex environments, with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
* Ability to translate technical changes into clear business impacts.
* Skilled in designing and delivering training aligned with adult learning principles.
* Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

* Analytical mindset for KPI tracking and benefits measurement.
