Team Leader - 37.5 per week

About this role
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality support to adults with a wide range of support needs. Working closely with our local teams, you will help plan, coordinate, and oversee service delivery, while supporting, supervising, and managing staff to ensure excellent outcomes for the people we support.
We are looking for highly motivated, confident, and enthusiastic social care practitioners who can:
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to the individuals we support, empowering each person to use their strengths, pursue their goals, and take control of their own life
* Provide positive, proactive leadership by working creatively and flexibly, prioritising effectively, and delegating tasks to support their team
* Collaborate with Community Development Workers and others to build community connections and promote independence
* Commit to ongoing learning and professional development
Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service which will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.
