We are actively looking to secure a PMO to join Experis.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented PMO to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in project governance, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery through effective reporting, risk and issue tracking, and milestone management.
Exceptional communication skills are essentialyou will be working closely with project managers, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance & Reporting:
Develop and maintain high-quality PowerPoint packs for senior leadership and steering committees.
Track and report on project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure consistent and accurate project documentation and status updates.
Data Management & Analysis:
Work with large datasets to extract insights and support decision-making.
Use Excel tools such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to manage and analyze project data.
Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor project health and KPIs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a key liaison between project teams and senior stakeholders.
Communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Facilitate meetings, capture actions, and follow up on deliverables.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a PMO or project support role.
Outstanding communication skillsboth written and verbalwith the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
Advanced PowerPoint skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation quality.
Experience in managing project risks, issues, and milestones.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
PRINCE2, PMP, or similar project management certification.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
Background in Financial Services.
