Field Service Engineer | Part-time | £24k+ per annum Staffline is proudly recruiting a Field Service Engineer for our client, a specialist supplier of high-end paints, chemicals, and food ingredients. Based in Northern Ireland you will be required to work three days per week servicing clients in the North and South of the island. Why work for us:Part-time three days per weekLeading salary plus overtimeChance to earn up to 5% on top of salary from selling company productsCompany van + fuel card Responsibilities:Service, maintain, and repair powder coating equipment (Gema and related systems)Carry out equipment installations and commissioning at customer sitesDiagnose faults and deliver efficient, high-quality repairsProvide operator training and basic technical support to customersComplete detailed service reports and documentation in a timely mannerAct as a key point of contact for customers on-siteDeliver a high level of customer service and technical adviceRespond promptly to service requests and breakdownsWork closely with internal sales and technical teams to support customer needsIdentify and promote service contracts and preventative maintenance programmesUpsell spare parts, consumables, and upgrades during service visitsGenerate and pass on qualified equipment sales leads to the sales teamSupport the conversion of opportunities into invoiceable equipment salesManage van stock levels and ensure availability of critical spare partsMonitor stock usage and advise purchasing on replenishment requirementsEnsure stock levels are maintained efficiently (no shortages or excess)Liaise with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth service deliveryMaintain a safe and organised working environment (on-site and in transit) Criteria:Previous experience in similar role preferredBackground in electrical/mechanical servicing beneficialFull driving licence with a maximum of 6 pointsAble to work weekends/bank holidays when required Salary:£24,000 per annumx1.5 for working weekendsx2 for bank holidays For further information please submit your CV via the link, or contact Craig in Staffline on .Skills:Service Engineer Electrical MechanicalBenefits:BenefitsWHJS1_NI
