Data Integrations Manager - Surrey - To £50K
My Surrey based client is looking to recruit an experienced Data Integrations Manager to oversee and ensure the timely delivery of Single Sign On and Employee Data Integrations with Clients and Third Party Management Companies. Within this role, you will also lead the Data Integration Team, aligning with the objectives of the Service Desk.
More specifically, this will include the following duties:
* Manage and supervise the Data Integration Analyst team.
* Successfully deliver data and SSO integrations within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
* Resolve technical issues.
* Communicate with the business, Clients and Third Parties.
* Lead the integration process and planning.
* Control and report costs related to integrations.
* Collaborate with the wider IT team and suppliers to deliver more complex integrations.
* Ensure the Data Integrations team functions effectively as part of the IT Service Desk.
Technically, the Data Integrations Manager will possess the following:
1. Proven experience dealing directly with senior management and clients; experience running a team in an IT Service Desk environment.
2. Experience of Project Delivery, staff line management and supervision.
3. An advanced understanding of SQL; advanced report creation and data analysis skills.
