Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant – Autism Support (Primary & Secondary)

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in Milton Keynes, supporting autistic students (verbal and non-verbal) across primary and secondary phases.
Role Overview:
* Support students with autism and additional learning needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assist in maintaining a structured, calm, and engaging learning environment
* Use visual aids, clear communication, and routines to support understanding
* Record pupil progress and behaviour throughout the school day
* Encourage participation in classroom and extracurricular activities
* Work closely with teachers and other support staff
Key Info:
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
* Pay: £90+/day (experience dependent)
* Start: Immediate or September start dates available

* Interested in working with autistic children and young people
* Calm, patient, and proactive
* Experience is a bonus but not essential—full training provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
