HLTA – Supply Roles – Carlisle Start Date: Ongoing from September 2026 Contract Type: Flexible – Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Long-Term Salary: Competitive Daily Rate Paragon Education is recruiting experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work on a supply basis across primary and secondary schools in Carlisle and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for HLTAs who are looking for flexibility while continuing to take on a varied role within the classroom. You may be required to lead whole-class sessions, cover lessons in the absence of a teacher, and provide targeted support to pupils across different key stages.
