Job Description As Recruitment Co-ordinato r you will provide administrative and coordination support within the Human Resources Department, specifically within the Resourcing function. Offering a quality service to hiring managers and external candidates Working alongside a Recruiter you will be responsible for: Owning the coordination of onsite and virtual interviews Owning the post offer and on boarding process Providing timely feedback to candidates Conducting pre-screens Responding to hiring manager and candidate queries Creating vacancies and advertisements Facilitate and support the coordination of recruitment campaigns and projects Ensuring that the in-house recruitment systems used to capture recruitment related information are accurate and up to date at all times Support the wider HR function as and when required
