Store Manager Glasgow Possilpark
We are looking for a Store Manager who will work 40 hours per week. Our store opens from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
As a Store Manager you will:
* Deliver great service by ensuring your team provides outstanding customer experience and sales through service.
* Muck in – help the team get the job done, checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves and cleaning the premises.
* Inspire a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Ask questions and build relationships, supporting the development and succession of your team and ensuring employees leave with everything they need.
* Lead from the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Build a fun working environment, maintaining great product availability and high branch standards.
* Show hard work and passion, dedicated to delivering sales through superb customer service and amazing results.
* Demonstrate a love of teamwork, being happy to muck in and cultivate future leaders.
* Keep the customer at the centre of everything you do.
* Show resilience and determination to achieve results despite challenges, coaching your team to deliver.
