The Opportunity
We seek an AI Talent Acquisition expert to help establish world-class AI capabilities at GUS Group and across our institutions. The ideal candidate will have an active network of AI professionals worldwide, whether from an agency or in-house TA role, ready to be leveraged immediately.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Recruiting for executive leadership roles such as Chief AI Officer and Directors of AI.
* Hiring specialist technical roles like engineers, QA, and AI support staff.
* Supporting AI operations that drive business transformation.
* Fostering innovation in learning and teaching through AI-focused roles.
You will influence talent strategy, attraction methods, and decision-making using data and market intelligence, working closely with senior stakeholders and demonstrating agility and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment of AI roles at all levels.
* Utilize existing global AI talent pools to accelerate hiring.
* Partner with C-suite to define role requirements and develop competitive strategies.
* Implement direct sourcing campaigns to attract top AI talent worldwide.
* Present recruitment metrics and market insights to stakeholders, using data to optimize processes.
* Support the development of AI employer branding and candidate materials.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience to position GUS as an employer of choice for AI talent.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven recruitment experience in AI and technology, ideally from an agency or in-house role.
* Active global AI talent networks ready for immediate engagement.
* Experience recruiting a range of AI roles, from executive to technical.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at the executive level.
* Flexible, commercial, and agile approach to talent acquisition.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to influence leadership.
* Passion for employer branding and delivering a superior candidate experience.
* Expertise in talent mapping, sourcing niche skills, and candidate management.
