FREEZER WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE = EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced distribution centre in Radcliffe, working in freezer environment. You will be responsible for picking goods for supermarkets using handheld scanners, EPTs (Electric Pallet Trucks), and roll cages.
This is a physically demanding role, ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in FREEZER environment and performing tasks that require a high level of activity, including walking up to 25,000 steps per shift and lifting heavy items.

Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing supermarket products using hand scanners
* Operating EPTs and pump trucks
* Loading goods into roll cages
* Working in freezer areas
* Meeting performance and accuracy targets
* Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:
* Previous warehouse experience in a similar environment is essential
* Comfortable working in cold temperatures (freezer conditions)
* Physically fit and able to handle a fast-paced role
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills (tests will be conducted during the application process)
* Must be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test
* Availability to complete a full 5-day induction
* Ability to attend and complete health and safety and written assessments
* Willing to work weekends and do overtime if required
